Meet the people behind Love From The Chef
Apart from being a professional chef, I’m also a sports nutritionist and a husband. I take my husbandly duties very seriously – a big part of that duty is that I make a packed lunch for my wife Nia every day she needs to go to work. On the days she isn’t working, I serve her lunch on a plate. Nonetheless, I cook for her every single day. Love From The Chef is a collection of all the food she loves and I love making for her. I keep the recipes here simple to make, without compromising on flavour and nutrition. They’re good to eat straight away and also to pack the leftovers in a lunchbox.
I’m a classically trained chef who specialises in multiple types of Asian Cuisine (which Nia loves). Here, you’ll find mouth-wateringly delicious recipes from around the world, all created with love from the Chef.

I’m a designer, illustrator and a writer. I do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for Love From The Chef, like photography, amusing myself with food puns, drawing little illustrations and washing the dishes. I also do the eating, did I mention I do the eating?
