Its versatility and vibrant taste have made it a favourite in kitchens worldwide, bringing a taste of Southeast Asia to your table.
You’ll love it if…
… you want a balanced dipping sauce with a bit of a kick. While it goes well with lots of Thai (it is originally a Thai sauce) and Asian dishes like dim sums, spring rolls and fish cakes, it’s also perfect with fried calamari, french fries, or with a cheese platter. We use it liberally with these dry rub chicken wings. It literally goes with everything. This homemade sauce recipe is so quick and easy and tastes vastly better than the store bought stuff.

If you’re like me, you like spicy food. But after you eat spicy food, you feel you need something sweet. If you eat too much of that something sweet, you might feel the need to eat something spicy. And on and on it circles, ad nauseam, until your whole life is taken over by a spicy, sweet eating cycle.

Don’t throw your life away. Be free of the interminable loop. Make this sweet chilli sauce. It’s spicy and sweet together! Dip it, drizzle it, dunk it on everything. It’s so much better than the store bought stuff, and you can adjust the level of sweet, sour and spicy, so its just perfect for you.
